Paul and Joe are the best realtors out there. They were patient, insightful, and on top of their game. More importantly, they are also honest, trustworthy, and good people. We were desperate to find a house after getting several offers rejected in this highly competitive market. We finally had an offer accepted, but the house was a dud upon inspection. Paul and Joe spent 1-2 hours going line by line through the inspection report in order to make sure we were making an educated decision on that home. Honestly I am not sure where to start here, but as a first time homebuyer, Adam knocked it out of the park compared to my expectations. Adam helped me navigate a completely unpredicted competitive market. Adam was always extremely responsive and willing to move quickly if that was required. Adam was always flexible and helped me have realistic expectations with every house we saw and offer we submitted. In addition, the rest of the Dorn Group is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. They have the advantage of having multiple agents who are ready to assist in the event Adam is busy (which never had to happen) If I had to completely restart my home buying search for some reason, Adam would be the first call I make.
